Placed on the demarcated region of Douro, in one of its hillsides, surrounded the little vineyards, this house (Casa d’Além) was once main house of an winegrowing estate of the very special Port Wine.

Dating from the twenties, it was given special care inside (paintings and furniture’s) and outside (mainly the gardens) by the former owner (grandfather of the present ones).

Now fully adapted, besides the modern comfort you can also appreciate the marvellous landscape and enjoy wonderful walks along one of the most beautiful Portuguese regions. A natural beauty entirely at your disposal, where you can even listen to the silence of nature.
